PACTIM is a professional network for alternative, complementary, traditional and integrative medicine practitioners. Share insights, join discussions, and connect with verified practitioners — and find one to consult.

Anyone interested in alternative and integrative medicine can create an account. Practitioners and students can complete verification to unlock posting, group and consultation features; members with a Public profile can browse and follow.

Creating an account and using the core network is free. Some advanced features may be introduced over time; any paid feature will be clearly marked before you use it.

Verification confirms you are a genuine practitioner or student, which keeps the community trustworthy. Verified members can publish posts, create and manage groups, and be discovered for consultations.

Submit your credential documents from your profile. Our team reviews them (assisted by automated checks); you can track the status on your profile. While a submission is under review you will see an "under review" notice on the composer.

Featured practitioners are highlighted by our team and may appear with a Featured badge in places like practitioner matching. It is curated and does not imply endorsement of specific advice.

Use "Find a practitioner": describe what you are looking for and we will match you with practitioners who are open for consultation. You can also request a consultation directly from a practitioner profile.

Only verified, non-public practitioners who have turned on "open for consultation" can receive requests. This is enforced so every match you see is actually bookable.

Yes. The composer offers an optional "Polish with AI" suggestion you can accept or dismiss, and posts can be translated on demand. AI assistance is optional and never changes your content without your confirmation.

We minimise the data we share with third parties and never expose private profile fields publicly. Health-related content is treated with extra care. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Content is screened for safety — including unsafe medical claims — and flagged content is reviewed by a human before any action is taken. You can report posts that breach our guidelines.
